OVERVIEW OF THE TWINMASTER DIGITAL MENUS
All of the main functions of the TwinMaster Digital are activated by the red button. A new menu is exposed
each time the red button is tapped with the stylus. There are 5 menus.
START - STOP - HACK
START - Tap this position when you want to start
counting distance and calculating the pilot time using
the active CAST. The active CAST is shown in the
lower left display.
STOP - Tap this position when you do not want to
count distance. The odometer will be stopped in this
postion, and no pilot time will be calculated.
HACK - Tap this position when you want to save a
reading of the time, distance and error at that
moment. These values will be displayed in the center
display window. They will remain there until another
tap of the HACK menu item, or until the STOP position,
RCL button or LAST button are used.
CLOCK - PAUSE - FORMAT
CLOCK - Tap this position when you want to set the
clock to the official rally clock.
PAUSE - Tap this position when you need to program a
timed pause. The pause timer will show in the center
display window.
FORMAT - Tap this position when you want to change
the display format for the time and odometer readings.
ZERO - ADD/SUB - OFFSET
ZERO - Tap this position at the start of the rally, or
after individually timed legs. The odometer, odometer
offsets, and pilot time are all cleared to zero.
ADD/SUB - Tap this position to add or subtract
distance from the odometer. The pilot time is
automatically recalculated using the active CAST.
OFFSET - Tap this position when you want to add or
subtract distance from the odometer without altering
the pilot time.
SET PILOT - SET CAST - RECAST
SET PILOT - Tap this position to set the pilot time to
your out time at the start of the rally, or at the start of
each individually timed leg.
SET CAST - Tap this position to set or change the
active CAST.
RECAST- Tap this position when you want to
recalculate the pilot time since the last CAST change
using a different CAST.
FACTOR - ALIGN - LOAD
FACTOR- Tap this position to set the odometer
correction factor. Both manual and automatic factor
adjustments are available
ALIGN - Tap this position to adjust the odometer to
compensate for rounding error.
LOAD - Tap this position to load and store CAST
changes into memory for use during the rally.
